Good views of the Mekong River and some of the city along its banks as The Air Asia Airbus approaches Phnom Penh from the south. Plenty of new factory complexes and industrial zones have sprung up since June 2012 and easily be picked out on the baron landscape below.
Best way to get to down town if its still daylight is via a tuk tuk ride at $7. These guys know the short-cuts and can skilfully weave between traffic - its an exciting ride, if a little on the bumpy side - and watch your bags!
